 Sales policies

You can buy work directly by adding the item you want to the cart and check-out via our secure server. Customers in Virginia will be charged a 5.3% sales tax.

Shipping
Domestic purchases will be shipped via insured USPS priority mail or UPS Ground, depending on the size of the package and its destination. Shipping and handling is calculated when you check out. International purchases are shipped via USPS first class international mail. The customer is responsible for additional taxes, custom fees, and duties on all international shipments. All purchases are shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

Returns
If you decide to buy my work I want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you discover that the piece does not fit in its new surroundings I gladly accept returns and will offer a full refund. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date. The piece should be returned in clean and unused condition. Please contact me directly if you want to return an item so we can discuss any problems and make arrangements. The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the return.
